This year’s theme “Let’s Live Great!” is aimed at inspiring Malaysians to lead a healthy life by being physically and mentally fit. Highlights include exhibition, talks and health activities.
The exhibition caters to a growing number of health-conscious Malaysians and creates awareness on current health, fitness and lifestyle trends. Ageing issues will not be ignored, as the exhibition will contain elements that share how we can cope and better prepare for ageing. Admission is free.
